At Worker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

Return Process

  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the return form included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a refund or a size exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Worker

  Send your package to our central distribution warehouse using your preferred local courier or our pre-paid shipping label service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
